Sprinkler systems can leak, and they can damage a lot especially if the water is just pouring out, which has been known to happen. Do regular checks to make sure the system isn’t faulty, or in need of repair – if it does, call a repairman to avoid damage.

 3. Pipes

Pipes can cause a number of different headaches. A slow leak could cause problems like mold. A burst pipe can cause hundreds if not thousands of gallons to flood your office space. In the winter time, drip your faucets so they don’t freeze. It’s also a good idea to have a plumber come out and inspect them.

4. Roofing
